After Hours Mental Health Nursing Service
After Hours Mental Health Nursing Service – 1300 546 273
Available from 5:00pm to 9:00am weekdays, and 24 hours on weekends and public holidays.
Provides phone-based support, assessment, and advice for individuals experiencing mental health challenges outside normal service hours. Nurses can offer guidance, welfare checks, and connections to crisis or emergency services if needed.

Your GP can help you access ongoing mental health care, provide referrals, review medication, or coordinate support with other healthcare professionals. If you are not currently linked with a GP, you can find one through your local medical centre or community health service.
