This is therapy with no apologies

Feel safe. Feel seen. Feel understood. This is The Liminal Clinic.

Care that meets you where you are.

The Liminal Clinic is for adults who live at the intersections of identity, neurodivergence, trauma and life changes. We support people who are tired of simplifying their story or shrinking themselves just to feel understood.

Our therapy is thoughtful, ongoing and designed for those ready to explore their experiences with honesty and depth. We’re not a crisis or urgent-care service. Instead, we offer a supportive and affirming space for clients seeking real, lasting change.

At Liminal, your complexity is welcomed, respected and never pathologised.

Your identity is not a diagnosis

Your complexity is not a problem to solve. It’s a map. And we’re here to walk with you with curiosity, clinical excellence and real human care.

The Liminal Clinic is located on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation, in both Prahran and Caulfield North, Victoria. We honour their continuing connection to land, waters, and community. We also acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country across Australia, recognising the diversity, strength, and wisdom of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, including Sistergirls and Brotherboys. We pay respect to Elders past, present, and emerging.

OUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Honouring Country & Connection

Always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.

The Liminal Clinic is based in Prahran, on the Traditional Lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the East Kulin Nations.

We honour their unbroken connection to Country, culture, and story, and pay our respect to Elders past and present.

We extend this respect to First Nations peoples across Australia — including Sistergirls, Brotherboys, and all gender-diverse and queer Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, whose lives, leadership, and stories embody what it means to walk through liminal spaces with courage and grace.

We recognise that First Nations peoples have always lived in the in-between — between past and future, continuity and change, resistance and renewal — and we walk with humility in that shared spirit of transformation and connection.
