Olivia is currently accepting new online clients.

You've probably gotten very good at holding it together. At being whoever the room needs you to be. At explaining yourself — your culture, your identity, your background — to people who were supposed to help, but left you doing all the work.

Maybe you're not in crisis. Maybe you're just quietly exhausted by the distance between who you are and who you've had to be.

Olivia understands that — not just as a psychologist, but as someone who has lived it.

How Olivia works

Olivia is a registered psychologist from a culturally and linguistically diverse background who identifies as part of the LGBTQIASB+ community. Her own experience of navigating intersecting identities — hiding parts of herself, feeling othered, existing between worlds — shapes the way she works. You won't spend your sessions bringing her up to speed.

Her approach is warm, curious, and deeply relational. She takes the time to understand your full story before moving into the work together, drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT skills, and Schema-informed therapy — choosing and adapting what fits you, not a textbook version of your problem.

In sessions with Olivia, you can expect:

  • A space where you don't have to apologise for being human

  • Honest, collaborative conversations about what's actually going on beneath the surface

  • Practical skills woven into deeper, insight-oriented work

  • Flexibility — she'll follow the session where it needs to go

  • A consistent rhythm built over time, not a six-session checklist

Therapy with Olivia is generally a medium- to long-term process. She isn't here to rush you through your in-between places.

What people bring to Olivia

  • A persistent sense of not quite fitting — in your family, your culture, or within yourself

  • Anxiety, overthinking, or a body that's been braced for something for a long time

  • Low mood, burnout, or the quiet flatness of having been "fine" for too long

  • Trauma — including the kind that never had a name, just a weight

  • Questions about sexuality, gender, or identity at any stage of life

  • Being neurodivergent in a world designed for someone else — or wondering if you might be

  • Relationship difficulties, loneliness, or struggles with trust and intimacy

  • Life transitions where the old version of you no longer fits, but the new one isn't yet clear

For GPs and Referring Clinicians

Olivia welcomes referrals for adult clients presenting with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related presentations, identity-related concerns, and neurodevelopmental queries including ADHD. She has particular experience with LGBTQIASB+ clients, culturally and linguistically diverse populations, and high-masking neurodivergent adults. GP Mental Health Treatment Plans are welcome.
