How we work
-
We use a phased, individualised approach:
Building the Foundation — history, identity, goals
Safety & Skills — coping skills, stress management, stabilisation
Processing Trauma — using therapies like trauma-informed CBT, Schema Therapy (exploring core beliefs and patterns), and EMDR/EMDR 2.0 (a structured trauma therapy)
Reintegration — reconnecting with identity, values, relationships
Maintenance & Endings — consolidating progress, planning for the future
-
Emotions & mood (anxiety, depression, anger)
Coping behaviours (substance use, impulse control)
Trauma & stress
Health, eating & body concerns
Relationships & identity
Life events & transitions
